  • Auto Administration Application System

The automation of campus administration application systems had originated early from 1992 and mainly focused on the construction of basic database and fulfilling daily data processing operations in the preliminary stage. Application systems were either outsourced or self-implemented. A more detailed and well-organized long-term plan was formulated later on in 1997 to carry out the task of planning and implementing the automation administration application systems. Its main goal is to accelerate the service and decision-making quality and promote the whole university performance by effectively and efficiently using the application systems through excellent business process reengineering. The current status is as below:

  1. Completed and on-line systems: Academic system, Student's Affair system,
  2. Student-Recruiting system, Personnel system, Course-Evaluating systems, and
  3. Staff-Attendance system
  4. Partially-ready and on-line systems: General Affair System, Accounting System, Electronic Official Document System.
